Can you answer Starving Billionaire’s question about Depression?:

I’ve had severe depression for a long time, and would like to get help for it, but I don’t want to get on antidepressants, because I’m worried I may become addicted to them or stay on them for too long, or they may not even work.

Unfortunately, I don’t really believe in psychotherapists and psychologists. I wouldn’t want to tell a complete stranger my private business.

Any other suggestions?

I understand bipolar 1 and 2, but other than psychosis is there anything else that defines the diagnoses “Severe bipolar depression with psychotic features” from the diagnoses bipolar 1 or bipolar 2?
yeah, im diagnosed bipolar 1 with psychotic features. but also read up on this diagnoses of ssevere bipolar depression with psychotic features
