Postpartum Depression Symptoms

Depression Feedback: Wellbutrin XL works for me
Depression Feedback: I am on lexapro for my depression and Xanax for anxiety and so far it has seemed to help me alot
Depression Feedback: you will probably get 100 different answers, but if you want to know what other people have to say about your specific medicines then go to and enter the medication names.
Depression Feedback: When I’m feeling anxious or sad, this is what I do:
I go for a long run, come home, soak in the tub with a glass of wine, a good book, and some yummy smelling candles. Then I put on my cozy robe, and curl up on the couch with my dogs and BF for some snuggle time and a good movie. Then I get a good nights rest and start fresh in the morning. Works every time.
Depression Feedback: Cymbalta has worked for me and a few friends of mine. Xanex or Valume is the best for anxiety
Depression Feedback: i am on lamictal (sorry if i spelled it wrong), risperdal (sorry if i spelled it wrong again) and xanax for those reasons.
Depression Feedback: i,m on diazapam for anxiety, and citalopram for depression, they do work for me,but you know love,no 2 people are alike, what may help 1 could make someone else ill, all who suffers these symptoms are given the weakest meds so to speak to begin with, you have probably been asked to go back if you have any bad side effects or if they,re not helping,it can take up to 1wk-10days to feel if they,re having any effect on you.
Depression Feedback: I was fortunate enough to discover that the problem can be completely eliminated without meds… or at least that was my expience.
Yoga and the deeper aspects of Yoga can handle it quite well… and end up living a much HAPPIER life.
Try out some yoga postures at least for a while.. it is best to get lessons in person.
An excellent read on the deeper aspect of Yoga is this free book “Gospel Enigma”.. not religious. Also some yoga positions on their “Leap Over Web Clutter” section of the same website.
