What are the side effects of the most common antidepressants?
Answered By Editor
The most commonly used anti-depressants also
have notable side effects that many people
may feel. They do not signify that the
anti-depressant doesn't work. The most common
side effects are:
* Nausea
* Diarrhea
* Sedation or insomnia
* Increased sweating
* Shakiness
Some of the other anti-depressants also
lessen the libido. Side effects commonly go
away after a few days. As the dose increases,
these side effects may return. It is
important to inform your doctor if the side
effects persist.
